Should I Pre-approve my repair?

Your investment in our gas detection equipment demonstrates your commitment to keeping your workers safe, so keeping it in the field, where it is needed, is our shared priority. Our pre-approval option expedites your equipment through the service process, minimizing the time your equipment spends away from your worksite.

To qualify for pre-approval status, simply select your desired pre-approval terms and provide a purchase order (PO) on the Repair Return Form. In addition, you’ll need to include a copy of your purchase order and your completed Repair Return Form with your shipment.  Pre-approval cannot be honored if this required documentation is not provided.
