Industrial Scientific Welcomes Nick Pflugh as Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Nick Pflugh, formerly of 6K Additive and Kennametal, joins the Industrial Scientific leadership team.

Industrial Scientific, a global leader and innovator in gas detection and safety technologies that automate critical safety and operational risk workflows, is pleased to announce that Mr. Nick Pflugh has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Pflugh will be responsible for the alignment of Industrial Scientific’s commercial teams in the Americas and commercial strategy globally – all with the goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Mr. Pflugh joins Industrial Scientific from 6K Additive, where his work in commercial strategy development and execution resulted in exponential growth. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with Kennametal in a variety of cross-functional leadership roles and 6 years at GE in various roles of increasing responsibility across enterprise technology, manufacturing quality, business process improvement, and more.

Mr. Pflugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State Erie and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
