About Industrial Scientific
Since 1985, we have dedicated our careers to eliminating death on the job, first with cutting-edge gas detection technologies and now with asset management, remote monitoring, productivity tracking, and other software applications.

From the International Space Station to mines deep inside the earth, men and women around the world bet their lives on the technologies our teams have created, including the first three-gas detector, six-gas detector, and wireless gas detector.
We've also developed a full suite of safety resources, including:
- iNet® Exchange, a full-service gas detector maintenance and repair program.
- iNet® Control+, a data management tool to help you make smarter long-term decisions.
- iNet® Now, a live monitoring service that provides real-time visibility into worker and site safety.
- SAFER One™, a dynamic plume modeling tool to help you operate with confidence during a chemical release.

Preserving Human Life by Delivering Top Quality Service

We recognize that, at any given time, hundreds of thousands of people are betting their lives on the work we do as a company. That’s why we're driven by Our Vision, Our Mission, and Our Way.
Our Vision
Industrial Scientific people are dedicating their careers to eliminating death on the job by the year 2050.
Our Mission
Preserving human life on, above, and below the earth. Delivering highest quality, best customer experience — every transaction, every time.
Our Way
Humble, hungry, smart. Seek truth; speak truth. Serving others is our greatest joy.
Preserving human life shapes everything we do, so our work must be of the highest quality and exceed expectations. We don’t let anything out of our factories that we wouldn’t bet our own lives on.
We know that gas detection alone will not prevent all workplace injuries or deaths, so we're creating the next generation of hardware-enabled workflow solutions to end workplace fatalities in our lifetimes.
We expect our employees to be highly qualified for their positions to best serve our customers, and we will not compromise our standards. We invest aggressively in capital equipment and business systems and partner with the best suppliers to ensure the utmost quality.
